This Privacy Policy explains how personal data of users of the Word Sprint mobile application and game (“Word Sprint”, “Game” or “Application”) may be processed.

Mycroft aims to process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the principles described in this Policy.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains the personal data that may be processed when using Word Sprint, creating or accessing an account, playing the Game, using in-game features, making in-app purchases, and contacting support.

3. Personal Data That May Be Processed

Depending on the features used, the device, the selected sign-in method, and the permissions granted by the user, the following categories of data may be processed:

a. Account and identity information

• Username
• Account information such as first and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Account and identity information provided through Apple or Google
• User IDs and similar identifiers associated with the account

If the user signs in through Apple or Google, information provided to Word Sprint by the relevant platform may be processed. Mycroft does not receive or store Apple or Google account passwords.

b. Game and profile information

• Username and profile information
• Game level
• XP and progression information
• Daily tasks and streaks
• Scores and rankings
• Gameplay statistics
• Results relating to Duels and other game modes
• Information related to friends or social features
• Information relating to Diamonds, Jokers and similar in-game digital content owned by the user

c. Purchase and transaction information

In connection with purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play, the following information may be processed:

• Purchased product
• Transaction or purchase ID
• Transaction date
• Transaction status
• Product, price and currency information

Payment card or similar payment information may be processed directly by the relevant payment platform, and Mycroft may not have access to all such information.

d. Device and technical information

Certain technical information relating to the device and connection may be processed for operating the Application, maintaining security, identifying technical problems and improving the service. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• Device type and model
• Operating system and version
• Application version
• Language and regional settings
• IP address
• Date and time information
• Technical information relating to application usage
• Error, crash and diagnostic information
• Similar identifiers provided by technical or service providers

e. Location information

Location information may be processed when it is necessary for a particular Word Sprint feature and the user has granted the relevant permission through their device.

f. Advertising and usage information

Certain purchase and transaction records may be retained by Apple or Google in accordance with their own policies and legal obligations.

Mycroft aims to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or unlawful processing.

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

14. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Word Sprint account.

An account deletion request may be submitted through the available account deletion mechanism within the Application or by contacting info@moragames.io.

Following deletion, personal data associated with the account will be deleted, anonymized or retained as required by applicable law and necessary retention obligations.

Purchase records maintained by Apple App Store or Google Play may continue to be retained by the relevant platform in accordance with its systems and policies.

15. Children and Minors

Users of Word Sprint must comply with the age and legal requirements applicable in their country.

Where applicable law or platform rules impose requirements concerning minors, the responsibilities of parents or legal guardians may apply.
